I have always had an interest in sports and strength training, but I wasn’t always fit. After a long stretch of inactivity throughout college, I finally pushed myself to get back in the gym and into an exercise routine. The gym felt like familiar territory because of my previous experience, but after one year of training myself I needed to push myself to the next level. I hired a personal trainer, and my life completely changed. I never felt stronger, happier, more energetic, and more confident as I became increasingly fascinated in all things fitness related. It was fitness 24/7...thinking about it, reading about it, and talking about it constantly.  I was determined to share with everyone how good a fitness routine and healthy lifestyle can make you feel. I re-discovered my true inner passion for fitness and I knew I wanted to also help others in their own fitness journeys.  

Fast forward to today, where my love for competing in powerlifting meets, recreationally throwing shot put, casual swimming, hiking, and resistance training is only exceeded by my commitment to training my clients for continually improved performance. I have helped strength athletes, endurance athletes and diverse clients reach, and exceed, their performance goals through consistent, challenging and fun workout plans.
